Задачи:

Support the analysis, optimization, and evolution of business processes and systems; Work with stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements and define solutions; Ensure the successful delivery of business initiatives; Bridge business needs and technology capabilities; Manage complex requirements and drive continuous business improvement; Help oversee the design, manufacturing, and planning of product marketing and promotion strategies; Provide management with analyses and reports and respond to management questions and requests; Specify and oversee research to determine customers' needs and preferences; Review and adjust inventory levels and production schedules to maintain product availability.

Требования:

4+ Years of business analysis or related experience; 3+ Years of experience working with software products; 2+ Years of experience with NetSuite; Knowledge of business and management principles and practices; Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs; Project management and business analysis skills; Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills; Experience with Agile processes and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe, and Jira; Experience developing user interface drafts; Business process modeling experience, including relevant notations and methodologies; Nice to have: understanding of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance; professional certifications such as CCBA, CBAP by IIBA, PMI-PBA by PMI, or CPRE by IREB.
