Business Analyst Intern Fleet Support

Analyze fleet-support data at Bombardier in a flexible hybrid internship based in Dorval, Quebec, using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

This eight-month Business Analyst internship supports Customer Support in Fleet Operation during Winter 2027. You will collect performance indicators, analyze data, and support Strategic Fleet initiatives. The work includes preparing reports, managing initiatives, and presenting recommendations to internal stakeholders. You will learn about Fleet Support, Aircraft Maintenance, and Part Logistics within aerospace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and track key performance indicators for management updates
• Analyze data and ensure alignment for Strategic Fleet initiatives
• Prepare, track, and report on operational initiatives
• Support customer issues and initiatives with internal stakeholders
• Present findings and recommendations orally and in writing

Requirements:

• Enrollment in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or similar studies
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience and willingness to learn Power BI
• Excellent spoken and written English and French
