Business Analyst MOA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Develop and maintain business cases to support proposed solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to business problems
• Develop and maintain business process models and documentation
• Identify and mitigate business risks
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement technical solutions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
