We're looking for a Business Analyst who wants to work at the systems intersection of finance and technology. Working closely with our Platforms team, you'll support the evolution of key business systems, including lending (nCino & Prolender) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms, by translating business needs into effective solutions. If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and connecting business objectives to technology capabilities, we'd love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and solution delivery teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and reflected in proposed solutions.
- Support stakeholders in evaluating, designing, and implementing business solutions by providing analysis, business context, and insight into risks and impacts.
- Analyze business needs, processes, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectives.
- Develop business cases, impact assessments, and recommendations that support prioritization and decision-making.

What you’ve got
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge in business requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and the creation and maintenance of business analysis artifacts
- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, systems functionality, and business workflows to support requirements gathering, analysis, and solution discussions.
- Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes
- Qualifications may be demonstrated through obtaining a professional designation
