Business Analyst Pro Experience

Analyze Pro sales, inventory, and fulfillment data as a Business Analyst with The Home Depot Canada. Support cross-functional initiatives and store operations.

The Business Analyst, Pro Experience supports continuous improvement across fulfillment, delivery, assortment, inventory, and store enablement. You will translate business needs into requirements, coordinate projects, analyze operational data, and help resolve issues affecting stores and Pro customers. The role supports launches, process changes, reporting, and day-to-day order scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate initiatives across operations, merchandising, supply chain, technology, and partners
• Build workplans, track milestones, risks, decisions, and dependencies
• Analyze sales, inventory, assortment, order, and delivery data
• Coordinate FDC assortment onboarding, changes, and readiness tracking
• Develop SOPs, training materials, communications, and reporting tools

Requirements:

• Two or more years in business analysis or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets
• Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerPoint working knowledge
