Overview
In this role you will drive company-wide transformation over a fixed term, supporting the adoption of new IT capabilities and operating models. You will collaborate across Digital Intelligence IM&T and the wider business on two major programmes, guiding end-to-end change activities and stakeholder engagement. You will lead governance, workshops and communications to enable readiness and successful change adoption. This is a hands-on transformation role in a matrixed, multi-year programme environment.

- Lead end-to-end business change activities across multiple workstreams
- Conduct impact assessments and adoption planning
- Engage and manage stakeholders, including senior levels
- Facilitate workshops and governance forums; address resistance and foster advocacy
- Maintain programme artefacts and support communications, training plans
- Support business process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Use Jira and Kanban to manage delivery and governance compliance
- Experience in business change and business analysis within large-scale IT transformation
- Stakeholder engagement and influence at senior levels
- Requirements gathering and structured analysis using agile and plan-driven methods
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability for business case development
- Leadership and communication skills; ability to work on multi-year transformation programmes
