Business Analyst Rotation Program

Build energy industry experience with TC Energy through analytical, commercial, and customer-focused rotations in a hybrid work model. Develop business acumen across Canada Gas teams.

This program supports recent graduates and early career professionals pursuing long-term careers at TC Energy. Business Analysts complete approximately three rotations over three years, gaining exposure to strategy, commercial, regulatory, and operational work. Development plans and career progression receive ongoing program support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate through three Business Analyst roles over three years
• Support teams according to development plans and business needs
• Apply analytical skills across varying customer-focused responsibilities
• Participate in annual performance reviews with rotation managers
• Transition into a suitable non-rotational role after completion

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related discipline
• Up to two years of discipline-related professional experience
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and move tasks forward independently
