Business Analyst with testing and IT issue analysis skills supports Entrepreneurship Manitoba’s public corporate registry services. This Manitoba government position requires fluent French communication.

The Business Analyst manages testing processes and supports IT enhancements for client and staff needs. The work includes defining business requirements, investigating issues, communicating defects, and improving change management processes. It also supports accurate website content and operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate business requirements and develop test cases
• Execute system testing and communicate defects to technical staff
• Investigate staff and client IT issues
• Maintain accurate website content and support materials
• Provide Senior Business Analyst coverage when required

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in information communication technology or business analysis
• Experience facilitating dialogue to define business rules
• Experience investigating IT issues and solving problems
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Fluent French communication and reporting database query skills
