Overview
In this Business Analyst role within a major transformation programme, you will translate activity into measurable benefits and manage benefits tracking. You will produce analytical reports to support governance and decision-making, working with senior stakeholders, finance, operations, and insight teams. You help evidence the value of investments and service changes through robust data and reporting, contributing to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.

- ensure benefits of investment and service changes are evidenced and tracked
- strong experience in business analysis, especially in public sector or social services context
- desirable SEND experience
- excellent analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex data and performance metrics
- experience in benefits tracking, financial analysis, demand and activity analysis, and programme reporting
