Overview
In this role you will drive business analysis for CRM initiatives in Milton Keynes, focusing on Oracle CRM and related systems. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance and Education to map current and target processes and to model data that informs improvements. You’ll lead workshops, document requirements, and guide the organization through change. This is a chance to shape how technology enables education-sector goals and to work with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities- Analyze the business structure and technology use across Marketing, Finance & Education
- Identify business goals in line with requirements and technology capabilities
- Perform As-Is/To-Be process mapping
- Model data to identify problems and opportunities for streamlining
- Maintain strong documentation and requirements artifacts
- Communicate with senior stakeholders and guide them to end-state
- Align internal and external stakeholders on benefits of new tech/requirements
- Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure process adoption
- Travel occasionally as needed
- 5–8 years of proven business analysis experience
- 3–5 years working with a CRM system, ideally Oracle CRM
- Experience across full project life cycle
- Stakeholder engagement and leadership abilities
- Ability to map processes and analyze business problems using data modeling
