As we continue to strengthen our capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business and Data Analyst to join our team.

As a Business and Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating complex data into actionable insights and implementing digital technology solutions for reengineered business processes that drive informed decision‑making and strategic growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to elicit and evidence business requirements, develop digital and analytical solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills across both business and data, and the ability to translate your results into actionable recommendations.

Interviews will be held in person at our London Road Depot, Derby on Thursday 22 October 2026. Depending on the number of applicants shortlisted we may extend the interview period to also include Friday 23 October 2026. You will be required to complete a practical written test to assess your query writing skills (e.g., SQL) immediately after your face‑to‑face interview, tests are typically completed on paper to avoid digital assistance.

Shortlisting will take place shortly after the closure of the advertisement and shortlisted applicants should expect to receive an invitation to interview on or around Friday 9 October 2026.
