Business Applications Director

In this role you lead a portfolio of IT Systems and Business Applications improvements to enable scalable growth. You will shape the business systems roadmap and drive enterprise applications strategy across financial systems and IT, partnering with senior stakeholders. You’ll oversee transformation initiatives, including ERP projects and finance digitalisation, leveraging new technologies like AI and automation. This is a senior leadership position at an international tech-scale business, offering impact through cross-functional delivery and strategic direction.

• Lead portfolio of IT Systems and Business Applications improvement projects
• Develop and own the business systems roadmap
• Manage the financial systems department and enterprise applications strategy
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align IT strategy with business growth
• Drive ERP transformations, upgrades, and international rollouts
• Oversee Greenfield ERP implementations and finance digitalisation initiatives
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to win buy-in
• Define and deliver roadmaps in line with business strategy

• 10+ years in Business Systems or IT Finance Applications
• Senior management experience
• Experience in international technology scale-up
• ERP expertise and transformation experience
• Experience with SAP and Oracle applications (e.g., Oracle Fusion, EBS, Netsuite) or similar
• Strong business process and commercial understanding
• Proven change management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate growth strategy into enterprise systems strategy
