Business Banking Client Advisor

Support business clients virtually at CIBC through relationship-focused advice, cash management, lending, and bilingual service from Quebec. French and English are required.

As a Business Advisor in CIBC’s Business Client Advice Centre, you will deliver exceptional virtual experiences for new, existing, and prospective clients. You will understand business and financial needs, address immediate goals, and identify opportunities supporting longer-term relationships. The work includes phone and video conversations, product suitability, credit documentation, and collaboration with internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage business clients through phone and video conferencing
• Assess cash management, lending, deposit, and GIC needs
• Prepare accurate credit analysis and recommendations
• Introduce clients to appropriate relationship and banking partners
• Promote ATM, Mobile, and SmartBanking for Business options

Requirements:

• Experience in professional sales and service environments
• Business banking product and service knowledge
• Understanding of credit analysis and risk management principles
• Fluency in French and English
• Secure workspace and wired internet meeting requirements
