Business Development Manager - Audio Products (professional audio, AV, musical instruments or related technology).

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading organisation within the audio industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual with a genuine passion for audio products, technology and developing business relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the audio market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Develop existing accounts and maximise sales opportunities.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop growth strategies.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue and business development targets.
• Represent the company and its audio portfolio at exhibitions, events and industry meetings.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
• Experience within professional audio, AV, musical instruments or related technology.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to winning new business.
• The ability to understand technical products and communicate their benefits commercially.
• Willingness to travel when required.
