Business Development Technical Analyst

Analyze transformation priorities at Bruce Power using data analysis and requirements elicitation while working on-site in Tiverton, Ontario. Support strategic initiatives.

This term Business Development Technical Analyst opportunity supports Bruce Power’s Business Development & Transformation division. The position contributes to evaluating, planning, and executing transformation projects that support business growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include market analysis, project coordination, process improvement, reporting, and presentation development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit business requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and process analysis
• Evaluate information and translate high-level problems into specific actions
• Track transformation initiatives, KPIs, milestones, and performance gaps
• Develop reports, presentations, and materials for business leadership
• Coordinate vendors, sector partners, research projects, and project planning

Requirements:

• Four-year university degree
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Data analysis skills
• Comfort with uncertainty and high-level problem statements
• Knowledge of decision support and information systems
