Business Financial Services Agent

Support business clients through account openings, sales documentation, and financial data entry in a hybrid Desjardins service environment. French is required for this client-facing position.

As a Client Financial Services Agent, you collaborate with account managers to maintain member and client relationships. You answer operational questions, present products, and support business development activities. Your work includes account procedures, follow-ups, presentations, and secure transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete documentation and obtain signatures after appointments
• Open accounts and present complementary products and services
• Prioritize account manager activities and plan follow-ups
• Confirm planned transactions and make requested courtesy calls
• Maintain complete files meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French
• Ability to create financial statements and enter financial data
• Knowledge of business financing, credit, and compliance practices
