Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Finance BI Analyst, you will translate data into actionable insights to support financial decision-making across the firm. You will partner with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to develop, maintain and enhance reporting solutions. This role focuses on driving reporting improvements and data-driven processes that inform operational and commercial choices. You will operate in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment and contribute to both internal reporting and client-facing information. • Serve as the primary contact for Finance reporting requirements.
• Develop, maintain and enhance internal and external financial reports.
• Produce high-quality analytical reporting to support business and finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to standardise, develop and implement reporting solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to define and maintain reporting needs.
• Map and document business processes using Visio and maintain related documentation.

• Previous SQL experience.
• Experience developing analytical reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Customer-focused approach with commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
