Business Intelligence Analyst KPI Development

Develop operational KPIs with Python and data validation as a Business Intelligence Analyst on Intact’s hybrid analytics team. Support nationwide insurance operations.

Intact’s Operation Performance Analytics team delivers insights supporting operational excellence, productivity, growth, and service quality across underwriting teams. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will define requirements, develop metrics, and support related analyses. The role requires data preparation, programming knowledge, and understanding of data pipelines and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define business requirements and develop relevant objective-aligned KPIs
• Prepare data and deliver robust, high-quality code
• Select metric-building approaches and formulate testable hypotheses
• Validate KPI accuracy, completeness, and reliability
• Provide technical support throughout metric development cycles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience
• Three-plus years of relevant work experience
• Strong programming knowledge, including Python; SAS is an asset
• Understanding of data pipelines and workflows
• Bilingual French and English communication skills
