Business Intelligence Analyst Power BI

Build Power BI dashboards and data models as a Business Intelligence Analyst supporting Civil Products decision-making through reliable analytics.

CAE’s Civil Products Business Intelligence team needs an analyst with two to four years of experience developing BI solutions and analyzing data. You will translate stakeholder requirements into dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scalable models. The work combines SQL, relational databases, ETL/ELT processes, and data visualization while supporting data quality, governance, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators
• Maintain scalable data models for reporting and analytics requirements
• Create and document ETL/ELT data integration processes
• Integrate business systems into consolidated actionable insights
• Investigate reporting issues through root cause analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or analytical field
• Two to four years developing BI solutions and analyzing data
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge
• English and French written and verbal communication skills
