Business Intelligence Analyst Toronto

Build business intelligence solutions in Toronto with TD Securities, using SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics to support transaction banking decisions.

As an Analyst supporting Global Transaction Banking’s Client Solutions team, you will develop reporting, analyze complex datasets, and improve operational effectiveness. The work spans dashboards, process enhancement, data governance, and stakeholder support. You will translate business needs into actionable recommendations and help advance growth initiatives across treasury, payments, liquidity, cash management, and trade services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Analyze datasets for trends, risks, and performance drivers
• Define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
• Identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities
• Support billing, controls, audits, and remediation activities

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related analytical discipline
• Two or more years of relevant experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong SQL and large-dataset experience
• Power BI dashboard development experience
