Business Intelligence Data Automation Analyst

Build reliable reporting with SQL and Power BI as a Business Intelligence Analyst focused on data and automation, working on-site for CPI.

At CPI Power Electronics, this hands-on analyst role turns business needs and data into actionable analysis and process improvements. You will use SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel, and Python to support decisions. Reporting to the Business Process Improvement Manager, you will coordinate with functional teams and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate stakeholder questions into reporting and data requirements
• Extract, combine, validate, and reconcile multi-source data
• Build Power BI models, DAX measures, transformations, and dashboards
• Automate recurring preparation, analysis, and reporting processes
• Present findings and recommend practical business actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• At least three years of relevant analytical experience
• SQL proficiency with joins, aggregations, and validation queries
• Hands-on Power BI, advanced Excel, Python, and API experience
• Willingness to travel less than 10% to the United States
