- Own and maintain Looker dashboards, models, explores and views
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to organize data for analytics
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements to fill data gaps
- Manage Looker users, privileges, and folder structure
- Establish best practices and data governance for Looker
- Design data models to support multiple business needs in Looker
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- 3+ years in BI/Analytics roles with modern BI tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with Looker or other BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview)
- Strong SQL skills with performance-focused query optimization
- Experience in data modeling and with dbt
- Comfort working in an international, autonomous environment
