Business Intelligence Engineer

In this role you will support a global fintech client by delivering robust BI solutions and driving a new data warehouse project. You will curate data from multiple systems, ensure accuracy and clarity of reports, and build BI tools that enable analysis. You’ll investigate data integrity issues and translate complex data into actionable insights. This position offers ownership of BI products and a pathway to senior roles in a fast-moving tech environment.

• Prepare reports by pulling data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Great Plains, Netsuite, Google Analytics)
• Ensure data accuracy and clear presentation for analysis
• Design and maintain BI tools and related data structures
• Investigate data integrity issues and support data quality improvements
• Analyze and interpret collated business data as needed
• Contribute to the data warehouse project and ongoing database requirements

• 4 years of commercial BI experience
• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Strong skills in T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (2008 R2 and 2012)
• Relational Database Design, SSRS, SSIS, Visual Studio
• Experience in software consulting or BI with ownership mindset
