In this role you will build and manage analytics that power EU supply chain decisions. You’ll design data pipelines, models, and dashboards to serve multiple stakeholders, translating data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll challenge assumptions with data and automate solutions for sustainable, long-term impact. You’ll contribute to evolving an AI-powered analytics practice, shaping how teams access trusted insights across the Retail Supply Chain Initiatives.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models supporting EU supply chain analytics
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for retail stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
- Perform deep-dive analyses on supply chain metrics, surfacing root causes and actionable recommendations
- Automate recurring reporting and data quality checks to reduce manual effort
- Partner with senior BIEs and product managers to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Document data sources and methodology to enable self-service for business users
- Contribute to the team's transition toward AI-powered, conversational data experiences that replace traditional dashboards
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau or QuickSight
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, or R)
- Experience with data/BI space
- Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
- Experience with statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with NoSQL
