Overview

In this role you will design, optimize and maintain CCH Tagetik and Health Data Platform/Power BI-based solutions to support planning and reporting. You will drive data-driven decision-making, improve system performance, and lead continuous improvement of financial processes. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A and IT to translate requirements into scalable, reliable solutions and oversee governance, upgrades and training. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role with a focus on budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain CCH Tagetik applications for budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Configure and optimize Tagetik data models, cubes and dimensions for complex planning scenarios
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows
  • Lead creation and optimization of reports, dashboards and disclosure outputs
  • Support strategic decision-making with in-depth financial and operational data
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Manage system performance, data loads, calculation logic and process automation
  • Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and system issues
  • Drive data governance and controls within Tagetik, including validation rules and audit trails
  • Support system upgrades, releases and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance and training on Tagetik functionalities and best practices
  • Drive expansion of the Health Data Platform and development of Power BI-based reporting tools
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of CPM systems experience
  • Strong Tagetik configuration and management experience
  • Deep FP&A and financial reporting knowledge
  • Understanding of database, data warehouse and BI concepts; Fabric environment preferred
  • ETL and data integration experience with ERP/source systems
  • Experience creating Power BI datasets and dashboards
  • Data modelling ability for cubes and financial structures
  • Reporting and disclosure expertise
  • Data querying and performance optimization capabilities
