The 10-week programme is designed to give you meaningful exposure to the world of reinsurance, while helping you develop the knowledge, professional skills and confidence to kick start your career.

Better still, our programme offers a direct pathway into our Autumn 2028 graduate roles, subject to business needs and individual performance.

What you'll be doing?

You will begin with a structured induction before joining the Business Intelligence team to work alongside experienced specialists on real client projects.

During the programme, you'll:

• Learn how to analyse financial and market data to identify trends shaping the global insurance and reinsurance market.
• Research annual reports and other trusted sources to support business analysis.
• Help maintain and update Nova, our market insights platform.
• Validate outputs from automation and AI tools by checking accuracy and identifying anomalies.
• Create charts, visualisations and supporting evidence for market reports.
• Contribute to analytical projects that help colleagues and clients make informed decisions.

Who are we looking for?

No insurance experience is needed; we'll teach you everything you need to know!

You'll be:

• In your penultimate year of study from any degree background and interested in a career involving data, research and commercial analysis.
• Comfortable working with numbers and using data to solve problems.
• Able to manage detailed work accurately and consistently.
• Curious about financial markets and the wider economic trends that shape them.
• Keen to learn, take initiative and contribute to team projects.
