SALARY: $65,000 to $75,000

Community Futures Middlesex is hiring a Business & Loans Advisor to support entrepreneurs and small businesses across rural Middlesex County. The role covers the full lending process: evaluating loan applications, analyzing financial statements and cash flow, and preparing recommendations for the Loans Committee. You’ll also provide one-on-one business coaching, manage an existing loan portfolio, and build relationships with community and economic development partners.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, or a related field; at least three years of experience in commercial or small business lending, credit analysis, or business advisory services; and strong financial analysis and relationship-building skills. Experience with government-supported lending programs and knowledge of Middlesex County are assets.
