We Are Hiring: Business Process & User Experience Consultant (Contract)

Location: Ottawa (Hybrid/Onsite)

Security Clearance: Reliability Clearance Required

Duration: 3-6 Month Engagement

Description:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to help improve the user experience for inspectors by reviewing and optimizing priority business workflows within a federal government environment. This engagement will focus on identifying process inefficiencies, reducing user friction, simplifying digital workflows, and recommending opportunities for automation and modernization.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization
  • Expertise in user experience (UX), service design, or human-centered design
  • Experience conducting workflow assessments, process mapping, or process mining
  • Ability to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills
  • Reliability Security Clearance (mandatory)
  • Federal government experience is an asset
