Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)

• Number of years of BA experience (10+ has been the preferred amount of time due to the maturity of soft skills).
• Regulatory.
• End-to-end requirements experience.
• Branch applications.
• Number of years of financial institution experience.
• Other banks.
• Other financial institutions.
• Domain Exp: The pod will be working on a credit card initiative, so credit card experience will be helpful.
• There will be extensive mapping and working with APIs so the role is more technical.
• Number of years of agile experience.
• Cloud migration.
• Database migration.
• Concise answers to a variety of questions.
• Soft skills (leadership and collaboration):
• How they plan an initiative.
• How do they handle unsuccessful outcomes.
• How they get up to speed.
• Technical Depth of their experience:
• Do they have an in-depth understanding of their systems’ ecosystems.
