Overview

As an IT Business Systems Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technology across BrewDog’s core systems to keep processes, data and workflows working seamlessly. You’ll support ERP, brewing systems, WMS and P2P platforms, driving improvements and digital transformation. You work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects that boost efficiency and enable informed decision-making. This role offers exposure across the business and an opportunity to shape how technology enables our growth and sustainability goals. You will contribute to a culture that values problem-solving, collaboration and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Support and optimize core business applications (ERP SAP Business One, Brewing Systems, WMS, Purchase-to-Pay)
  • Deliver new projects to improve operations and efficiency
  • Lead data analysis, reporting and visualization to inform decisions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with business leaders, IT teams and external vendors
  • Coordinate project timelines, risks and deliverables for successful implementations
  • Develop reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to provide insights
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support
  • Ensure data governance and integrity across business systems
Key requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role (≥3 years)
  • Strong SQL for data extraction, analysis and transformation
  • ERP experience (SAP Business One preferred; MS Dynamics, NetSuite etc. mentioned)
  • Experience mapping business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Retail, Procurement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering for systems, integrations, enhancements
  • Project management experience with timelines, risks and deliverables
  • Ability to create reports/dashboards (Power BI, Excel) for decision-making
  • Technical problem-solving and user-support skills
