Business Systems Analyst

In this role, you bridge business needs with technical solutions on Anthropic's BizTech team, shaping how systems scale with rapid growth. You translate requirements into concrete specifications, guide architecture decisions, and ensure efficient, reliable operations across business platforms. • Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch
• Configure and customize business systems (permissions, workflows, integrations)
• Manage technical vendor evaluation, contracts, SLAs, and performance review
• Create and maintain system documentation (process flows, guides, specs)
• Lead knowledge management to capture and organize institutional knowledge
• Own technical risk assessment and mitigation
• Analyze processes for automation and optimization
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business users
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users
• Monitor system performance and usage metrics for improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in business systems management

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex processes
• Experience with systems configuration and customization across business applications
• Skilled at requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specs
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Vendor management and technology solution evaluation experience
• Effective communicator bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience with API integrations and iPaaS solutions
