Technology is a key part of that journey, and we're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our systems, processes, automation and AI capabilities.

This isn't a traditional Business Analyst role.

You'll be the owner of our Salesforce roadmap, the authority on business processes within our AI Enablement function, and the person who turns business challenges into practical, high-value solutions. You'll help us identify where processes create friction, where automation can remove effort, and where AI can genuinely improve the way our teams work every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Own Our Salesforce Roadmap

• Lead the backlog and roadmap for Salesforce, prioritising initiatives based on business value and measurable outcomes.
• Act as the go-to expert on how our core systems support the business.
• Translate ideas, challenges and requirements into clear user stories and defined deliverables.
• Ensure solutions are properly tested, adopted and deliver genuine benefits, not just technical releases.
• Identify where AI, automation and digital tools can eliminate manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Build and prioritise a pipeline of opportunities that create real business value.
• Work closely with our AI specialists to turn ideas into practical solutions.
• Help embed AI capabilities directly into business processes and systems rather than treating them as standalone tools.

Improve Business Processes

• Map and analyse how work flows across the organisation.
• Challenge inefficiencies, duplication and unnecessary complexity.
• Design simpler, smarter ways of working before recommending system changes.
• Build lasting internal knowledge and reduce reliance on external partners.

Be the Intelligent Client

• Act as the day‑to‑day relationship lead for our managed service partner.
• Ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritised and aligned with business goals before development begins.
• Challenge, refine and improve requests to maximise value and minimise waste.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a genuine passion for improving how organisations work.

You’ll likely bring:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience owning a backlog, roadmap or portfolio of system enhancements.
• Strong process mapping and business improvement skills.
• The ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into structured user stories and specifications.
• A commercially minded approach to prioritisation, focusing on value rather than volume.
• An interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with Salesforce or another enterprise business platform.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for creating sustainable, documented ways of working.
