Business Systems Analyst

As an Agile Business Analyst/Product Owner, you shape wealth platform solutions for UK clients. You will define the product vision, manage the backlog, and ensure regulatory alignment with FCA standards. You work closely with clients, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive financial workflows. • Define product vision and strategy for wealth platform solutions
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog with stakeholders and clients
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria from business requirements
• Gather requirements from clients and internal stakeholders and validate decisions
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive financial workflows
• Partner with Solutions Architects and developers for feasible implementations
• Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations
• Monitor product performance via analytics and feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure features comply with FCA regulations and industry standards
• Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate releases with cross-functional teams
• Maintain the product roadmap and report progress to leadership
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify enhancement opportunities

• 5+ years of product management or product owner experience
• At least 3 years in financial services or wealth management
• Deep understanding of UK wealth management processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum with hands-on Product Owner experience
• Proven track record delivering complex software from conception to launch
• Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working with development teams
• Understanding of FCA regulations affecting wealth management platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to balance priorities
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
