Business Systems Analyst

Are you a Business Systems Analyst looking for an opportunity where you can make a real impact?

I'm currently partnering with an established organisation in Chippenham that is investing in its business systems, technology, and transformation strategy. As they continue to grow, they're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to their team to help drive improvements across core business processes and systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stakeholders across multiple departments, helping to identify challenges, define solutions, and support the delivery of business-critical system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
• Review and improve existing business processes
• Support the development and enhancement of business systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Assist with testing, training, and user adoption activities
• Contribute to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Finance Systems, or other business applications
• Process mapping and business process improvement experience
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
