Business Systems Analyst - AI adoption

In this role you will identify and implement AI and innovative technology solutions to drive business value. You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to streamline processes, deliver technology-enabled improvements, and uphold security and governance. The position supports a hybrid model with regular office presence in Hampshire. You will operate within a structure that values data-driven decisions, collaboration, and continuous transformation. • Identify and implement AI and innovative technology solutions
• Drive process improvements, efficiencies and cost savings
• Embed security, privacy and governance while supporting technology teams

• 5 years+ experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the finance or professional services industries
• Experience in business solutions, technology change or systems implementation, ideally with exposure to AI, automation, APIs or innovative technology
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, proactive and collaborative approach, ability to work independently
