Requirements:

• Five or more years as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Software Engineer
• Strong technical, analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Ability to balance business needs, cost, and risk
• Experience with AI-assisted analysis techniques or Agile frameworks preferred
