As a Business Systems Analyst, you will connect business, operations, customers, and development teams. Your work covers applications, analytics, data relationships, process flows, and system specifications. You will help ensure software products align with portfolio objectives and deliver appropriate value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research processes, applications, systems, and data
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather user requirements
• Define data models, APIs, integrations, and processing needs
• Establish acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing
• Maintain catalogues, documentation, training materials, and manuals

Requirements:

• Three or more years as a Systems or Business Analyst
• Customer-facing software experience in a medium-to-large enterprise
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Visio, or draw.io
• Strong analytical skills solving complex business problems
• Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods and Secret Level II clearance
