• emphasis on technology/application/solution analysis for business requirements not just business requirements
  
• Vizio flowcharting and system/process/data flow diagramming experience
  
• Good understanding of flat file formats and data mapping
  
• Attention to detail and ability to probe/research for accuracy of facts and Documentation
  
• Experience with Waterfall and Software Development Lifecycle & related deliverables
  
• Technical background
  
• Familiarity with Agile/JIRA
  
• Responsive| confident and prompt communication
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  
• Ability to compartmentalize and problem solve
