As a Business Systems Analyst, you will translate requirements into practical technology solutions for teams across SMG. You will improve processes through scripting and software enhancements while supporting systems that keep business operations running. The work includes troubleshooting, testing, implementation, maintenance, and system improvement. Your contributions will support automotive systems and manufacturing capabilities as SMG grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business and data needs into solution requirements
• Improve manufacturing processes through scripting and automation
• Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications
• Support implementations, upgrades, testing, and maintenance
• Monitor performance and audit data integrity

Requirements:

• Three or more years in business systems analysis
• Diploma or degree in Information Systems or related field
• Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and automated data processing
