Business Systems Analyst Hybrid

Analyze business processes and shape technology solutions as a hybrid Business Analyst with Battlefield Equipment Rentals. Travel across branches when projects require.

This full-time Business Analyst supports operational transformation within Battlefield Equipment Rentals and Toromont Industries Ltd. You will work with leaders, users, IT, customers, suppliers, and vendors. The work includes requirements gathering, process analysis, use cases, testing, documentation, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and define project scope, tasks, and deliverables
• Analyze current and future business processes and applications
• Translate needs into use cases and test conditions
• Provide risk, operational, and process-related analysis
• Report project status and maintain stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Business, Project Management, or related diploma or degree
• Three to five years of related experience
• Intermediate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform skills
• Rental Management System or SRM experience
• Ability to travel to branches and collaborate across disciplines
