Business Systems Analyst Toronto

Analyze business needs and test technology changes as a Business Systems Analyst with Stewart Title in Toronto’s hybrid Product Development team. Translate requirements into validated solutions.

This System Analyst position combines business analysis with required quality assurance responsibilities. You will connect stakeholders and technical teams while leading discovery, requirements discussions, documentation, solution decisions, and hands-on testing. The work supports technology changes for residential and commercial title insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand processes, operational challenges, and desired business outcomes
• Analyze change requests and recommend practical system solutions
• Create process flows, user stories, mockups, and documentation
• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts against requirements
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

Requirements:

• Three to five years as a System or Business Analyst
• Experience translating processes into requirements and solutions
• Ability to independently lead discovery and requirements sessions
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Hands-on testing experience with software lifecycle and Agile knowledge
