Business Systems and Data Manager

In this role, you will drive the implementation of UCL’s new OH IT system (G2 Civica) and strengthen analytics capabilities to support service delivery and growth. You will collaborate with ISD and external partners to translate requirements into practical solutions and metrics. You will develop meaningful MI, dashboards, and data visualisations to inform decisions and improvements. You will balance technical delivery with stakeholder engagement and business readiness, shaping the future of Workplace Health services.

• Support the IT system implementation for the G2 Civica OH system and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Develop management information, dashboards and data visualisations to support decision-making
• Interpret complex data and communicate insights to diverse audiences
• Contribute to project delivery, testing, and business readiness activities across technical and operational teams
• Engage stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a changing environment
• Work with colleagues across UCL (e.g., ISD) and external partners to ensure successful delivery and improvements

• Highly organised and analytical professional with experience in data, systems and technology to drive service improvement
• Experience developing MI, dashboards and data visualisations
• Experience supporting system implementations and managing projects or business change
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to varied audiences
• Strong communication, relationship-building and prioritisation skills
• Comfort working across technical and operational teams to translate requirements into practical solutions
