Business Systems Support Specialist

Support business systems through hands-on troubleshooting, software training, and clear communication in Ideal Siding’s hybrid Burnaby workplace.

Ideal Siding seeks a Business Systems Support Specialist supporting franchisees and corporate employees. You will manage onboarding, software administration, user support, and training content. The work requires practical troubleshooting, confident demonstrations, and organized follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology onboarding and ongoing software training sessions
• Create LMS guides, screen recordings, SOPs, and presentations
• Resolve routine software, login, access, and workflow issues
• Manage accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding
• Document requests and coordinate support follow-up

Requirements:

• Two or more years of hands-on application or SaaS support experience
• Experience delivering live software demonstrations or training
• Experience creating user guides and video tutorials
• Experience managing CRM or cloud application accounts
• Strong English communication and practical troubleshooting skills
