Overview

In this role you will contribute to building a greenfield financial modelling/trading platform within a well-known fintech/insurtech software house. You will analyse, design, and implement new systems while enhancing existing ones, working closely with leads, architects, and product managers. The environment blends high-performance tech culture with flexible working, offering opportunity to grow technically and contribute to cloud migration and API development. You will shape critical financial tooling used by major finance teams while pursuing professional certification support.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse, design and implement new systems for a greenfield platform
  • Develop and enhance trading platform features and APIs
  • Collaborate with team leads, solution architects and product managers
  • Contribute to cloud migration efforts
  • Deliver software in iterative, structured project environments (Agile SCRUM/Waterfall)
  • Support front-end components (HTML5/CSS/JavaScript) and integration with backend services
Key requirements
  • Hands-on coding in C# / ASP.NET
  • ASP.NET MVC experience
  • HTML5 / CSS
  • JavaScript / jQuery; Angular or similar frameworks
  • Web Services / WCF / NHibernate
  • SQL Server / T-SQL
  • Experience with Agile SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies
