Overview
In this hybrid C# role, you will build and enhance a distributed, real-time P&L and risk analytics platform used by global trading desks. You’ll work with developers, traders, and quantitative teams to deliver scalable .NET services and data-processing components. You will own features end-to-end, foster automation and TDD, and collaborate across EMEA, NY, and APAC to drive performance and reliability in fast-moving financial systems. This is an opportunity to shape critical analytics that support trading decisions at scale.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services within a distributed streaming architecture
- Build and support real-time data processing systems for P&L and risk analytics
- Work on out-of-process services, system integrations, and data materialisation layers
- Drive Agile best practices, including test-driven development (TDD) and automation
- Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, NY, and APAC
- Take ownership of features and proactively propose improvements
- Troubleshoot issues and help unblock cross-team dependencies
- Strong expertise in C# / .NET development
- Experience with Redis Cluster
- Solid understanding of TDD and automated testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
