Overview

In this role you will design, build, and optimize ultra-low latency C++ systems for live front-office trading. You’ll own latency-critical components and work across the stack with market data teams to achieve nanosecond-scale performance. You’ll shape greenfield architectures while tuning tight loops, contributing technical leadership and mentorship. This is a high-trust environment that emphasizes impact, ownership, and modern high-performance tooling.

Responsibilities
  • design and implement latency-critical components from day one
  • lead greenfield projects from architecture to release
  • optimize performance and reduce latency in critical loops
  • collaborate with market data teams to integrate data streams
  • mentor peers and contribute technical leadership
  • tune and profile code under strict latency constraints
  • own technical decisions and drive architectural direction
Key requirements
  • 5+ years experience building low latency trading systems in C++11 or newer
  • hands-on experience with Smart Order Routing and Market Data (essential)
  • track record of writing performance-sensitive, multithreaded applications
  • proven experience with code profiling and tuning under tight latency constraints
  • C++14 experience is a bonus
  • experience with Smart Order Routing is required to be considered
