Overview

In this role you will contribute to building and maintaining trading platform components for a leading fintech client. You will work close to the head of technology, learn the fund market basics, and grow into platform and tool development with potential client-facing exposure. The role focuses on end-to-end software delivery, from design and implementation to testing and production. You will work in a Windows, pure C++ environment with Boost/STL familiarity, shaping robust risk and platform tools. This is a collaborative, mature team role with meaningful impact in financial services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering end-to-end projects from design to unit testing
  • Participate across the full development lifecycle from specification through production
  • Design, implement, deploy and maintain a greenfield platform
  • Create risk tools (C++)
Key requirements
  • MSc or BSc in Comp Sci, Maths, Stats or Physics
  • C++
  • OO design
  • Ideally STL
  • Windows C++ development
  • Ideally SQL
  • 2 years commercial development experience
  • Matlab
  • Ideally EU Passport
  • Experience in C#/Visual Basic and SQL Server would be an advantage
