Talan is a global IT consulting company. Its team develops financial systems, including a distributed real-time P&L and risk analytics platform for Fixed Income Rates and FX trading desks worldwide.

Задачи

• Develop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services within a distributed streaming architecture;
• Build and support real-time data processing systems for P&L and risk analytics;
• Work on out-of-process services, system integrations, and data materialisation layers;
• Drive Agile best practices, including test-driven development (TDD) and automation;
• Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, NY, and APAC;
• Take ownership of features and proactively propose improvements;
• Troubleshoot issues and help unblock cross-team dependencies.

Требования

• Strong expertise in C# / .NET development;
• Experience with Redis Cluster;
• Solid understanding of TDD and automated testing;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies;
• Passion for automation, simplicity, and continuous improvement;
• Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals and design patterns;
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset;
• Nice to have: experience with distributed systems, streaming, and messaging such as Rx .NET;
• Nice to have: knowledge of performance and memory profiling;
• Nice to have: experience optimising systems for speed and efficiency;
• Nice to have: familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and practices;
• Nice to have: end-to-end experience across the full software development lifecycle.

Условия

Hybrid role with 3 days per week on-site in London.
