Overview

In this hybrid London-based role you will build and enhance a distributed, real-time P&L and risk analytics platform used by global Fixed Income Rates and FX trading desks. You’ll contribute across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with developers, traders and quantitative teams to deliver scalable .NET/C# services and real-time data processing. The position emphasizes automation, TDD, and continuous improvement within a cross-geo team. You will shape decisions and help unblock dependencies in a fast-paced financial system context.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services within a distributed streaming architecture
  • Build and support real-time data processing for P&L and risk analytics
  • Work on out-of-process services, system integrations, and data materialisation layers
  • Drive Agile practices including TDD and automation
  • Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, NY, and APAC
  • Own features and proactively propose improvements
  • Troubleshoot issues and unblock cross-team dependencies
Key requirements
  • Strong expertise in C# / .NET development
  • Experience with Redis Cluster
  • Solid understanding of TDD and automated testing
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
