Overview
In this role you will lead and contribute hands-on to a flagship desktop platform for a global fintech, shaping features and architecture. You will guide three Agile teams, owning technical decisions and delivering secure, scalable software that handles high demand. You’ll collaborate with product and other dev teams to drive improvements and maintainability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strong emphasis on design, performance and best practices, offering growth and enterprise impact.

- Architect, design and develop new features for the flagship desktop platform
- Provide technical ownership and input into design decisions within an Agile environment
- Lead three Agile teams and collaborate with Product Owner and other dev teams
- Ensure security, reliability, maintainability, usability and performance of the system
- -drive continuous improvement and adherence to modern software engineering best practices
- C# / .Net Core backend development experience
- strong technical leadership experience (ownership of features)

- knowledge of event driven architectures
- understanding of CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns, algorithms)
